We can see Mercury , Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Mercury is very near to sun . Visible at sunset and dawn, it is swathed in a dense atmosphere. Mars has ice – caps similar to those on Earth and canals furrowing its surface .
Jupiter , the giant of the Solar System, is picked out by red and yellow stripes and a big red blot. Most of us known Saturn because of its rings – but these cannot be seen with the naked eye.
